Subscription Terms

Last updated: 2026-06-26 · Effective for any operator who signs up to use the Skipaki Pro portal.

Starter content. These terms describe the Skipaki Pro service as it works today. The legal phrasing is under review by counsel before paid subscriptions open.

1. What you get

Skipaki Pro is a web-based dispatcher portal for skip-hire operators in Cyprus. The service includes:

order intake (manual + AI-assisted freeform parsing), container availability tracking, driver assignment, route planning, invoice generation, customer database, audit log, mobile-friendly interface for drivers in the cab, and a marketplace channel that forwards consumer enquiries from skipaki.com to participating operators.

2. Your subscription

Subscriptions are monthly, prepaid, cancellable at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees and we do not auto-renew without notice.

3. Data ownership

Your customer records, orders, invoices and audit log belong to you. Skipaki processes them as a data processor under the Data Processing Agreement linked from the privacy policy. On termination you can export everything in JSON or CSV.

4. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime on the production portal, measured by external monitoring. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance via email and in-app banner.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the portal to store data unrelated to skip hire operations, to send unsolicited bulk email, to attempt to circumvent row-level security or to access another operator's tenant. Doing so may result in immediate suspension.

6. AI features

The "AI Quick Order" feature sends free-text job notes (which routinely contain customer names, phones and addresses) to OpenAI for parsing into structured fields. We use OpenAI's zero-retention API mode — the prompt is processed and immediately discarded. You can disable the feature for your operator account on request.

7. Marketplace channel

Consumer enquiries received via skipaki.com are routed to participating operators based on location and container size. Acceptance is optional — declined enquiries are routed to other operators. Commercial terms (commission rate, payment schedule) are set out in your operator agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

Skipaki provides the portal "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the portal. Our maximum aggregate liability is capped at the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the courts of Limassol.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance via email and in-app banner.
